How fast are you aging?
The TruAge Complete Collection offers a wide suite of epigenetic aging reports and aging algorithms that paint a more comprehensive picture of biological aging.
This version encompasses a more comprehensive and in-depth look at 75+ biomarkers and various biological elements of aging. It also breaks down the patient's age-related risk of developing various diseases, using the novel OMICm Age algorithm that was developed in partnership with scientists from Brigham and Women's Hospital of Harvard Medical School. This OMICm Age algorithm calcuclates biological age by examining age-associated methylation patterns at approximately one million locations on the patient's DNA.
This report includes the following:
- OMICm Biological Age
- Risk of Age-Related Complications
- Methylation Risk Scores for Various Proteins, Metabolites and Clinical Markers (Epigenetic Biomarker Proxies driving biological age)
- Dunedin PACE of Aging
- Immunosenescence Ratios and other immune-related indexes of immune function and chronic inflammation
- Telomere Length
- Epigenetic Risks for Type 2 Diabetes and Inflammation
- Mitotic Clock (stem cell division evaluation)
- OMICm FitAge (fitness age linked to epigenetic biomarkers in fitness)
- Epigenetic Risk of Smoking & Drinking related diseases
- Epigenetic Response to Weight-Loss Strategies
- Intrinsic & Extrinsic Age
- SYMPHONYAge
This report also calculates what the risk of age-related complications and disease would be if their biological age increased or decreased by one to several years.
Overview
TruAge Complete is the go-to test for those patients focused on determining their current baseline aging metrics, as well as receiving an in-depth analysis of specific, age-related biomarkers that will allow them to adopt lifestyle measures aimed at those biological processes that require support.
This test helps answer the following age-related questions:
My birthday makes me _ years old, but how old is my body, biologically?
What is my age-related risk of developing various diseases?
Strictly looking at performance biomarkers, how old am I from a physical fitness standpoint?
I have _ concentrations of various immune cells. How are those levels impacting my biological age?
For each calendar year that passes, how many years is my body actually aging?
How long are my telomeres?
How does my relationship with alcohol consumption impact my DNA expression and aging processes?
According to my DNA expression, am I likely to lose weight from restricting my caloric intake?
How has my lifetime exposure to tobacco smoke impacted my DNA expression and aging processes?
What can I do to improve my age-related, biological metrics?

Dear Practitioner
Please be aware that TruAge test results are currently subject to frequent and sometimes extensive delays from the laboratory. Unfortunately, TruAge does not consistently inform us in advance when such delays occur, which means that final reports may be released later than expected without prior notice.
Additionally, please note that once a sample has been received at our end and linked with an order by TruAge, refunds are not possible — even in cases where the sample is later rejected at their facility. A replacement sample can be submitted without additional costs.
We understand that these circumstances can cause inconvenience, and we are in continuous dialogue with the TruAge team to help improve both communication and processing reliability.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have urgent cases or questions regarding a specific order, please contact our support team.
Kind regards,
The Nordic Laboratories Team
